Make an Order
If you are a partner agency with a service contract with KCA and are having problems placing your order please email them to orders@kca.org.nz from the email that you have provided us as your user name. Our system will recognise your email address and submit the order manually. Thank you. We don't supply directly to members of the public or to agencies with whom we don't have a service contract with.
- Enter your Charity name
- Your email address (so you get an immediate acknowledgement of your order)
- Contact details of staff member/volunteer collecting the stock from our warehouse and cellphone number for contact tracing purposes
- Number of food boxes required for your foodbank - geographic area and amount of people in the family it will assist
- Gender, age, size etc if requesting clothing
- Details if requesting anything else
- Geographic area of where the clothing, linen etc is going and the amount of people it will assist in the family
- Pick up for non food orders is strictly Monday to Friday mornings from our warehouse in Grenada North on a Monday to Friday mornings between the hours of 8am to noon.
