Our Partners

At KCA, our mission is to support families in need through our network of charity partners. We want to clarify that we do not directly select the families we assist, nor can we accept requests from the general public. Requests for assistance must come directly from the dedicated staff and volunteers of our charity partners, who work tirelessly to serve individuals from all walks of life in the Greater Wellington region.

If a family meets the criteria set forth by our Trust, their agency can log into our specialized online ordering system to place an order for assistance. For larger household items, we coordinate with budgeting clients in good standing. If you have items to donate, please email us with photos, dimensions, pick-up suburb, and permission to share your details with our partner agencies. This streamlined process reduces the need for double handling and ensures items find a new home efficiently.

For community groups and charities to receive goods from KCA, they must demonstrate a commitment to our Trust's criteria, possess a reputable track record of effectively assisting those in need, and have the necessary facilities and vehicles to collect ordered items during our opening hours.
