At KCA, we deeply value the many avenues of support that sustain our work. From the steadfast commitment of payroll giving supporters, to the invaluable backing of corporate sponsors, one-off public donations, grants, and bequests—every contribution plays a vital role. It is this generosity that allows us to provide our services free of charge to our partner agencies while maintaining operational efficiency, currently at an impressive $0.99 per kilogram (as of March 31, 2025).

With a small team of 3 dedicated employees and an incredible 54 volunteers, KCA maximizes financial donations to purchase essential stock. Through strategic partnerships with our sponsors, we secure the best prices on a variety of items, supplementing our food rescue program with necessities like toiletries, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and feminine hygiene products.

We are also immensely grateful to the many grant-making organizations who have supported our operational costs over the years. Your ongoing generosity enables us to continue our vital work in the community, reaching more people and making a meaningful difference every day.
